Hoogvliet is a satellite city of Rotterdam, and the perspective its called International Building Exhibition (IBT) is a project will guide for transformation of the next ten years in Hoogvliet city.

MAXWAN was commissioned to find consistency in the Hoogvliet without any contrast to existing urban planning process.

I was in charge of analyzing urban tissues on it and the developing principle idea for transformation in urban context, and  produced basic graphics, hand drawings for illustrating a perspective of a city.

All research and theory was formulated as Urban design guidline is called  LOGICA.
